Anita LuriaAnita Luria has worked for two decades with C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies. Her career spans the globe - including engagements in Washington, DC, Dubai, New York City, Montreal, Toronto and Detroit, Michigan.
Anita is recognized for her extensive talent management knowledge and leadership across the financial services and technology markets. She conducts executive search assignments for clients across multiple disciplines. Most recently she stood up Fannie Mae’s executive recruiting in-house capability where she reduced retained search costs by over $10 million and was recognized by numerous leaders for her white-glove service and outstanding results. She continues to be in high demand for confidential consultations where hiring managers seek to understand broader trends in the talent-market, industry best practices, brainstorm on succession planning and receive impactful ideas to strengthen the approach for diversity and inclusion. Anita received her Bachelor's Degree in Classical Studies from Hunter College, CUNY in NYC, where she studied Ancient Greek and Latin. In addition to her passion for work and family, she enjoys blogging on personal growth and serves as a volunteer hike leader for various Meetup groups.
